Move For Improvement LONDON, December 27. Negotiations seeking to improve British and Soviet relations started when the Foreign Secretary, Mr. Eden, conferred with M.’Maisky at the Foreign Office. It is reported that they exchanged mutual assurances of their desire to improve relations. ’
