Investiture Ceremony ‘ LONDON. July 2. Before an open-air investiture ceremony in the quadrangle of Buckingham Palace, the King received Mrs. Warburton Lee, wife of Captain Warburton Lee, who lost his life on 11.31.5. Hardy in the battle of Narvik on April 10. at. the Palace, and handed over the Victoria Cross, which was awarded to him. His Majesty later decorated members of the Services for gallantry in Norway and France, including Pay-master-Lieutenant. Standing, of IL.M.S.
