We have become the sole champions now in arms to defend the world cause. We shall do our best to be worthy of that high honour. J We shall defend our island, J and with the British Empire J around us we shall fight on J unconquerable till the curse A of Hitler has been lifted from S the brows of men. We are \ sure that in the end all will be < well.”
