Everybody, at some time or other, has heard of the famous Gulliver- but for the very junior Leaguers, here is a little Bit about lhe story. Gulliver was a famous sea-man whose ship was wrecked and who found himself washed up on a very strange -island. After swimming for -many, -many hours. Gulliver fell asleep on the beach and when he azvakened he found himself tied hand and foot so that he could not move, and on his chest was the strange spectacle of a little -man only six inches tall. The story goes, on to reveal that Gulliver has arrived in Lillipul, a village inhabited by the tiniest people you could ever imagine and. in comparison with them. Gulliver is a tremendous giant.

/ v-ill not tell you any more of the story, as it may spoil the lovely picture for you, but in this colouring competition you have the opportunity of seeing a reproduction of the earliest scenes to arrive in this country, and a chance to w-in a fine prise. The rides are beneath the picture, so you have only to read

them carefully before you get out your paint brushes and make a start. Cheerio.
