While cutting a bolt yesterday morning, Mr. J. Thomson, labourer, 14 Midgrave Street, was struck by a nut ami suffered an injury to his nose and left, eye. He was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance.
The fortnightly meeting of the Central Wellington Ambulance Division was held this week, and was well attended. The evening was spent on roller bandaging under the instruction of Corporal Crawford.
