NEW RECRUITING CAMPAIGN
Plans For Wellington A new recruiting campaign will be opened in Wellington next Monday night when a big rally will be held in the Town Hall, beginning at 8 o’clock. The principal speaker will be the De-puty-Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser. A programme contributed by leading ■Wellington artists will be presented. In addition, it is hoped that several bands will attend. A special welcome will be extended to any men of H.M.S. Achilles who may be visiting Wellington. Any who wish to be present should hand their names in at the recruiting depot in Featherston Street, and arrangements will then be made to give them a worthy reception. Further community sings will be held in the Town Hall on March 13 and March .15 on the linos of the pre vious recruiting slugs.
