GERMAN CONVOY
Reported Preparation In Atlantic (Received February 11, 8.15 p.m.) RIO DE JANEIRO, February 10 The German freighters Uruguay, lit Peruambuco, aud Wakanut, here, are believed to be preparing to sail today to join a convoy in mid-Atlantic with the other German vessels that recently left South American ports.
