STILL CRITICAL
Condition Of Canadian Governor-General A SECOND OPERATION (Received February 11, 5 p.m.) MONTREAL, February 10. it is officially stated that the Gover-nor-General, Lord Tweedsmuir, is slightly improved but his condition is still critical after his second operation. A bulletin issued yesterday stated that the condition of Lord Tweedsmuir, who was injured in a fall at Ottawa early this wee--, was more critical. An emergency trephining operation resulted in temporary relief.
lie was taken to Montreal by a special train, accompanied by his wife and sou and five doctors, and was admitted to the Royal Victoria Hospital, where a second emergency operation was performed.
