In Congress today Senator Danaher (Republican) said: “The United States neutrality patrol is the eyes of Britain in American waters.” He made the charge that the German liner Columbus (which was scuttled in the Atlantic) passed along one group of United States destroyers after another until it. was virtually delivered into the bands of the British. NEGLECT OF DUTY Charge Against Captain Of City Of Flint 'The United States Maritime Union has tiled charges against the raptajn of the City of Flint for alleged neglect of duty. The ship reached Baltimore lasi month after manv exciting adventures
The allegalion is that the captain of the City of Flint disregarded the safety of his crew during Ihe ship's adventures.—By radio.
