Centennial Greeting To
New Zealand
Additional inessages conveying congratulations to New Zealand on reaching its centennial have been received from abroad by the Prime Minister. Mr. Savage. They are as follows:— From Sir Charles Fergusson, a former Governor-General: “My wife and 1 send to you and to the people of New Zealand our congratulations on past achievements and earnest good wishes for future prosperity. We recall the many happy days we passed in the Dominion ami send greetings to pakelia and Maori alike."
From Lord Craigavon, Prime Mini ster of Northern Ireland: “On behalf of the Government of old Ulster 1 tender to yon and the people of New Zealand cordial felicitations on reaching this milestone in your history. We admire profoundly your patriotic war efforts and congratulate you heartily on your inspiring Empire message.’’ From the Australia-New Zealand Association, Buenos Aires: “New Zealanders and Australians resident in Argentina send warmest greetings on the occasion of New Zealand's centenary."
