FURTHER ARRESTS
French Communists PARIS, January 4. A Military Tribunal rejected an appeal for provisional liberty for 28 Communist ex-deputies who are interned in Santo prison awaiting trial on a charge of engaging in wartime activities prejudicial to the interests of ihe State. The arrest of Communists continues.
