YESTERDAY’S ACCIDENTS
A fracture of the right ankle was received by Mr. E. W. Fuggle, metalworker, 94 Austin Street, when he slipped on a steel plate and fell at the workshops of Cable and Co.. Ltd., at noon yesterday. Ross McKenzie, aged 3,17 b Fitzroy Street, Wadestown, received a fractured left ankle when lie was knocked over by a car at 10.25 a.tn. yesterday. Mr. S. Bourke, labourer, 66 Vivian Street, fractured his right elbow when he fell in Vivian Street at about 5.30 pan. yesterday. When he fell in Lambton Quay at 4.2-5 pm. yesterday Mr. T. Miiki, labourer. Silvers!ream, injured his right ribs. AU the injured persons were taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance.
