CARRYING TROOPS TO FRANCE
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, January 2. In an article appearing in the “Ship ping World” Sir John Gilmour, Minister of Shipping, reveals that the British Expeditionary Force was conveyed to France in 174 ships, which made a total of more than 400 voyages.
