Holiday Of British Ambassador (Received January 3, 12.15 a.in.) MOSCOW. January 2. It is officially explained that the British Ambassador, Sir William Seeds, lias not been recalled, hut is taking a holiday which, “in view of flic present Soviet-British relations, may be prolonged indefinitely.”
