IS HITLER MARRIED?
American Press Report NEW YORK, December 13. An article in the “Saturay Evening Post,” entitled “Is Hitler Married?” declares that Evahelen Braun, a blonde, 28 years old, the daughter of a Bavarian professor, has occupied the position of regular hausfrau at Herr Hitler’s Berlin residence since August, and is conducting herself as Herr Hitler’s wife. It adds that a colourless love affair has continued for ten years, and Herr Hitler has been compelled to devote his time to soothing the feelings of the girl’s family, which felt that she was compromised.
An editorial note in the “Saturday Evening Post” states: “The material for the article came from sources in. side Germany, which we have always found to be dependable.”
