Action Against Tarec’s Owner (Received December 13. 7.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, December 12. Mr. I>. Swinbourne. owner of the yacht Three, was ordered out of the i,B-f outer league's meeting last night because he refused to withdraw criticism of the secretary. Mr. J. Giltinan. Mr. Giltinan was explaining the action he had taken to recover the world championship trophy from Mr. Swinbourne. The league executive decided that the trophy must be returned by noon on Friday. If not. the executive will meet on Friday niehl Io consider the position. Mr. Swinbourne said after (he meeting that be hail no intention of returning the trophy.
