SWEDISH POLICY OF NEUTRALITY
Cabinet Reconstructed (Received December 13, 8.15 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, December 12. It is reported that the Swedish Cabinet has been reconstructed on strictly neutral lines. The Foreign Minister, Mr. Sandler, who has shown pro-Fin-nish leanings, is reported to be not included. The new Government’s policy will embrace all possible help for Finland in accordance with neutrality. GERMAN SHIP SUNK Attacker Believed To Be Soviet Submarine (Received December 13, 8.15 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, December 12. A submarine, believed to be Russian, sank the steamer Bolheim in the Gulf of Bothnia. The captain and two of the crew were killed. Twenty-nine survivors reached shore in a lifeboat.
