General situation: The cyclone responsible for the recent bad gather has muvei well away to the east and pressure Ims been rising steadily oiei inc o island. Forecasti-Winds: Fresh but decreasing south-westerlies over the AueMand province; elsewhere light to moderate and variable, but with nort e y directions predominating. * Seas (N.Z. waters): Rather rough, but decreasing north of Kawbia ; 'elsewhere slight or moderate. Eastern Tasman Sea: Decreasing southerly winds iu the northern portion and light but freshening northerly winds in the southern portion. Seas slight to moderate.
