WAIRAU PA SCHOOL
New Site Arranged Reference to the damage to the Wairati I’a School grounds by the recent Hoods in Blenheim was made at yesterday’s meeting of the Wellington Educacalioti Board by Mr. 11. Duckworth, who asked what stage the negotiations for a new site for the school had reached. The secret,ary, Mr. W. I. Deavoll. said that a new site was being taken under the Public Works Act, the owner of lhe land having signed an agreement. Compensation would be paid in accordance witli the Court’s decision.
