YOUTH SERIOUSLY INJURED
Cycle Collides With Pole Severe head injuries were received by James Valentine Stewart, aged 14, 55 Cleveland Street, Brooklyn, when the cycle he was riding collided with a telegraph ipole in Brooklyn Road at 7.40 p.m. yesterday. He was taken to the Wellington Public Hospital by the Free Ambulance, and his condition late last night was reported to be serious. When the accident occurred Stewart was travelling downhill. The cycle was badly smashed by the force of the impact. '
