Effect Of Import Restriction By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Received December 13, 9.55 p.ni.) SYDNEY, December 13. At the annual meeting of Woolworths (New Zealand), Ltd., the chairman, Mr. C. Scott Wnine, told the shareholders that the proposal to create a, separate company to be known as AA oolworths New Zealand Properties. Limited, had been abandoned indefinitely owing to developments in New Zealand's financial position. He added that the company had experienced difficult trading conditions owing to New Zealand’s restriction on imports Nevertheless, the results had been very gratifying. The current year would be probably still more difficult owing to the impossibility of replacing mniiv iii'erseris lines of goods
