Lower Profit And Dividend Dominion Special Service AUCKLAND, 5 December 13. A decline in net earnings from £5084 to £3579 is shown in the accounts of Sanford Ltd. for the year ended August 31. The directors propose to reduce the ordinary dividend from 6d. a share to 3d. a share, in addition to paying the usual payment of 5 3-5 per cent, on' the preference shares.
