Mrs. Ronald Horton, Remuera, Auckland, has left to spend a short holiday in Wellington.

Miss M. H. Campbell, 8.A., of the staff of the Hutt Valley High School, who lias been on a visit, to the United States, lias returned home.

Mrs. Ralph Payne, Remuera. Road, will leave Auckland tomorrow to spend a holiday in Wellington. Dr. and Mrs. McKellar and Mr. Peter McKellar, Dunedin, trre the guests of Dr. and Mrs. Harding, Petone.

Miss Ela Hutchison, Auckland, lias arrived at Wellington on a visit to her sister, Mrs. H. F. Bollard, Karori.

Biss V. Berry, Wellington, has returned after an extensive tour of England and the Continent. • Misses Pamela and Nancy Blundell have returned to Wellington from :r holiday in Sydney.

Mrs. S. Campbell, Woodville, is visiting 'Wellington.

Miss Hannah Berman, Lambton Quay, Wellington, who is touring the United States, recently visited Hollywood, California, where she was entertained at the Earl Carroll Theatre. Miss Berman has not yet set a date for her return.

Mrs. Stafford Matthews, who has been visiting ’Wellington, has returned to Auckland.

Miss Ngaire Apliu, Wellington, is visiting Miss Myrtle Cochrane. Auckland.

Mrs. Sievwright lias returned to Wellington from a visit to her daughter, Mrs. A. F. Meldrum, Hamilton.

Mrs. G. R. Ritchie, Dunedin, has arrived at Auckland from a visit abroad and will spend a few days there before going south.

Mrs. Mason Waterworth, Hastings, is a Hawke’s Bay visitor to Auckland.
