INQUIRY RESUMED
Wreck Of The Thetis (British Ollieiul Wireless.) RUGBY, December 11. The hearing of evidence available as a result of the salvage of tlie Thetis wreck and expert examination of the vessel was begun today at the resumed inquiry into the circumstances of the loss of the submarine on her trials last summer with a loss of nearly 100 lives. The inquiry will be continued tomorrow.
Tlie four main line railway companies in Britain have accepted the findings of the railway staff national tribunal increasing wages all round, involving an addition to the wage bill-of £.1,000,000 a year.
