NAPIER HIGH SCHOOL WORKSHOPS BLOCK
Rebuilding To Cost £8686 Dominion Special Service NAPIER, December 12. The rebuilding of the workshop block at Napier Boys’ High School, which was destroyed by fire, is estimated to cost £B6S6/10/-. Reporting this to the Napier Secondary Education Board last night, the secretary, Mr. W. L. Dunn, said that when the superintendent of technical education visjted Napier recently he agreed to a plan prepared by the board’s architect, and application had been made to the''department accordingly. The headmaster, Mr. W. T. Foster, said he had had the technical instructors make lists of the losses they had incurred in the fire and these were to be investigated by the board's finance committees
