Representative Teams Chosen At last night's meeting of the Wellington Mercantile Cricket League, the question of a reciprocal arrangement, about defaulters was discussed. In reply to a communication from the league, the Wellington Cricket Association agreed that a policy in regard to defaulters would be desirable, and that the association would take steps to control the transfer of players from the league. ’.I be league decided that future registration of players who bad not participated in games this season or whp had not previously participated in mercantile cricket, would not be accepted unless the registration card was endorsed with the name of ihe last club of the applicant and his performances. After a general discussion on the holding of intergrade representative fixtures, which had been such a popular feature of league cricket for ten years up to 1035, it was decided to revive (he matches on January 20 with games between the A and B grades, and the U and combined D, :E. and F grades, at Athletic Park, commencing at 10.30 a.m. Selection committees were set up as follows:—A: Messrs. W. Matson and J. Poiuton. B: Alcssrs. E. W. S. Killick and W. R. King. U: Messrs. J. Young and W. Kruck. Combined D, E, and F: Messrs. Young. S. Martin (Central), Sullivan (City Council), and E. Flaps (Makower. Mcßeath). Messrs. King. Killick and Matson were constituted a sub-committee to bring down a report concerning youth coaching and colts' special games. Representative Teams.
