Conference At Honolulu By Telegraph.—Press Assu.—Copyright. HONOLULU, September 24. The Pan-Pacific Surgical Congress terminated with an address by the president. Dr. Hardie Neil (Auckland), on the history of early medical education in the Pacific. Dr. Peter Buck, on behalf of New Zealand throat surgeons, presented Dr. Chevalier Jackson with a Maori emblem of leadership. Dr. Jackson was also presented with a boomerang by the Australian profession. Dr. Reichert, of San Francisco, was elected president, and Dr. Dawson (Dunedin) and Dr. 11. Poate (Sydney) vice-presidents.
