SEARCHERS’ FEARS
Missing New Zealander In Blue Mountains (Received August 3, 12.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, August 2. Thirty searchers, aided by many police and also police dogs, today combed a large area of precipitous mountain country near Katoomba for the missing New Zealander, Mr. Levy, but no trace of him was found. Rain, sleet and snow are hampering the party, who express the opinion that it is almost impossible that Mr. Levy could exist in such conditions.
