•The following are the movements ,ot Union Company vessels engaged in its intercolonial cargo service:— The Gabriella, from Newcastle, is at Waga nui. ’The Kairanga was to load at Newcastle yesterday and will complete at Sydney for Auckland.

The Kallugo is expected to leave Greymouth today for Sydney. She will then load at Newcastle and Sydney for New Plymouth and Wanganui. The Karitane, from Eden, Newcastle, aud Port Kembla, is expected to leave Napier today for Wellington and Lytteltou to complete discharge. The Kauri is expected to leave Greymouth today for Bruce Bay. The Waitaki, from Melbourne, was expected to leave Dunedin yesterday for Lyttelton and AVellington to complete discharge. She is due here on Saturday. The Shaw, Savill Company’s 15,000-ton motor-ship Waiotira has been launched from Harland and Wolff’s yards at Belfast. The Waiotira Is the fifth of the Shaw. Savill Company’s “Wai” motor-ships, the others being the Waiwera. the AN aipawa, the Waitangi, and the AVaimarama, which was launched in May last year. The new vessel is similar iu design to the others. She will have more than half a million cubic feet of refrigerated space, equipped with the latest system of refrigeration. Accommodation will be provided for twelve passengers in single and two-berth rooms, and the public rooms will include a lounge, smoking-room and dining-room. The AVaiotira will have a gross tonnage of 11,250 and her principal dimensions are: Length overall 535 ft. Bin., breadth moulded 70ft., and depth moulded 43ft. 4lin. The Blue Star Line motor-ship Empire Star, which left Auckland on July 19 for Loudon, passed Cape Horn at 3 a.m. on Monday. NAPIER STAR AT LONDON. The Blue Star Line steamer Napier Star, which left Auckland on June 27, arrived at London on Tuesday. She will complete discharge at Newcastle-ou-Tyue. •TURAKINA’S DEPARTURE. The Federal Company advise that the motor-ship Kaituna Is due at Auckland on August 10 from New York and Newport News. The Shell tanker Suuetta arrived at AA'ellington yesterday afternoon from Balik Papan and’berthed at Burnham Wharf. She will leave here on Saturday for Lyttelton, and front there will sail for Ballk Papan. The Shell tanker Dosiuia is expected at AVellington on Saturday from Singapore. AVITHIN AVIREDESS RANGE.
