Australian Consol Industries By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. SYDNEY, August 2. The directors of Australian' Consolidated Industries, Ltd., Sydney, have decided to issue 91Xj,SM1 ordinary shares of £1 each at a premium of 5/- per share, to be offered' to ordinary shareholders registered at August 21, on the basis of two near shares for every seven held.
