Final Dividend Declared Eor the year ended June 30, the Kandos Cement Company. Ltd., Sydney, made a net profit of £98,339/18/9. An interim dividend of 6:} per cent, paid last I cbmary absorbed £42,116.8, and the directors recommend a finial dividend at the same rate, making 125 per cent. for the year, and leaving £14,107/2/9, to which is added the amount carried forward from the previous year, £33,450/15/11, making £47,557/18/8. From this £15,000 has been transferred to the general reserve, leaving £32,557/18/8 to be carried forward.
