Colonel lltogolubov, a member of the Soviet Ger»bral Staff, writing in the “Izvestia,” frankly admits that Soviet planes, tariss, artillery, and troops are fighting Japanese forces in the Outer Mongo! bottler, warns Japan that war against tlte Soviet can only end in defeat for Fascist usurpers, and asserts that.-the Soviet army is the most powerful 'ui the world.
