Butter is moving irregularly, with a large consumptive and speculative inquiry on each setback, specially in view of the declining Continental arrivals. Consumption remains unchanged despite the advance of Id. in the retail price. Wall Street Turnover By Telegraph.— Press Assn.— Copyright NEW YORK, July 28. The turnover on the Stock Exchange today was 810,000 stocks and shares. British Treasury Bills (British Official Wireless.) REGBY, July 28. The total amount applied for in tenders for £40.000,000 of Treasury bills was £73,775,000. The average rate per cent, for bills at three months was 14/4.08, as against 14/8.16 a week ago.
