CANADIAN HAVEN
For English Children In Time Of War TORONTO, July 11. The Premier. Mr. M. F. Hepburn, announced that tlie Ontario Cabinet has approved a suggestion that a haven should be organized in Canada for English children in tlie event of war. Under the scheme thousands of Canadians would take as many as possible into their homes for the duration of the war under pledges to the parents. If a sufficient number were available the Ontario Government would establish children’s homes.
