FRANCO-RUMANIAN PACT SIGNED

PARIS, March 30.
The Franco-Rumanian trade agreement was signed here tonight. It will lie valid for 12 months, and involves trade valued at £3,400,000. Rumania will export to France 490,000 tons of oil fuel, including some for Algeria, 50,000 tons of petrol, 20,000 ions of paraflin, 40,000 tons of wheat, the tax on which will be reduced, SOO.000 quintals of maize, the tax on which will be removed, and will import French motor-cars, iron, cotton thread, dyes, all payments being free of exchange.

According to Helsinki Press reports, the British trade delegation to Finland conferred this morning with Finnish representatives and later Mr. Hudson was received by the Premier, M. Cajandcr.
