GERMAN COMMENT
Mr. Chamberlain’s Speech (Independent Cable Service.) (Received February 23, 1.30 a.m.) BERLIN, February 22. The “Boerseuzeitung,” commenting on Mr. Chamberlain's House of Commons’ speech, says that he showed a desire to put a distance between himself and those in England and America who are attempting to produce a catastrophic atmosphere by the aid of fairy tales about the aggressive intentions of others.
