CZECH SUBMISSION
Army Budget Reduced One Third (Received February 21, 9 p.m.) LONDON, February 21. Czechoslovakia is spending £210,000 on a German motor road from Breslau to Vienna, and £3,250,000 on a road from Saxony to Rumania, besides subsidizing German universities within her borders, says the Prague correspondent of the Exchange and Telegraph Agency. The army budget has been reduced one third.
