DELEGATES' WIVES
At Home Given Lost Night At her home, Raroa Road. Kelburn, last night, Mrs. R. Brooke-Taylor entertained wives who are visiting Wellington- with their husbands for the opticians’ annual Dominion conference. After they had concluded their evening s business, the delegates were also Mrs. Brooke-Taylor’s guests for supper. The hostess wore it frock of green, lace and georgette. Pink hydrangeas were artistically arranged in the receptionrooms and a savoury supperwas served. Those present were: Mesdames G. L. Cox, H. S. Gilberd, A. E. Sargent, L. Notley, Woolley, Shatky, Young, F. C. Foden, Watson, W. T. Brown, Batstone, Jenkins, Conway, Boyd and Miss Smith.
