WELLINGTON CITY YEAR BOOK
Attractive illustrations and fresh features are contained, in the new Wellington City Year Book, which has been issued. Some years ago a series of graphs was introduced to show ou single pages the story of developing city activities and financial trends, and these are continued in the new book. The illustrations record some of the more important developments and happenings during the last year cr so—the Centaurus in Evans Bay and off the Thorudon breastwork, the harbour at the time of the visit of the Empress of Britain, the new railway station aud surroundings, the traffic -ramp from the Hutt Road, and the latest of the large city buildings. The statistical matter analyses city business in detail, and there is also a great deal of general information.
