Charged with 'being idle and disorderly in that lie “did wander abroad to beg alms,” Richard Clark, seaman, aged 34, was sentenced to 14 days’ imprisonment by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrates’ Court in Wellington on Saturday.
