REICH NOT BUILDING TO TREATY LIMITS
BERLIN, January 12.
The “Voelkischer Beobachter,” the official Nazi organ, announces that Germany does not intend to assume her full rights under the Anglo-German naval treaty by building submarines up to 100 per cent, of the British tonnage or by laying down two A class (heavy) cruisers.
