HOOPER.—On January 11, 1939, at Waikanae, Harriet, beloved daughter ot the late John and Harriet Hooper, South Karori.
KERR.—On January 12, 1939, at -8 Aitken Street, Alice, widow of the late John H. Kerr, of the Union Bank, Napier, in her 88th year.
LAMBERT.—At Hastings (suddenly) on January 9, 1939, William Arthur, beloved husband of Annie Lambert, 913 Outram Road; aged 60 years.
LAW.—On January 12, 1939. at ins residence, Nikau Street, Eastbourne, George, dearly loved husband of Elizabeth Law; in his 82nd..year.
