SERIOUS INJURY TO POLICEMAN
Accident When Diving

AUCKLAND, December 16.
Serious injuries were received by Horace George Roberts, aged about 27. a member of the Rotorua Police Force, when diving from a jetty near’ the sulphur bath at Lake Rotoiti yesterday afternoon. He was admitted to the Rotorua Hospital in an unconscious state, and his condition is serious. Mr. Roberts had been in Rotorua only about IS mouths. His father is a member of the Police Force at Riccarton, Christqlmr<-h.
