By Telegraph—Press Association. ’ NELSON, December 16. Miss Barbara 1. Taylor, Dunedin, hits been appointed matron of Nelson Hospital and the outlying institutions controlled by the board. Sister M. A. Crombie has been appointed to the joint position of suitmatron and theatre sister.
