Tlie Communist paper “Daily Worker” asserts that, when the Japanese Foreign Minister. Mr. Arif a, denmndee a revision of (lie Nino-Power Treat.' on December 8 ho also declared that unless such revision was accomplished within three months Japan would undertake drastic reprisals against Britain and American in lite Yangste Valley, and would also virtually blockade Hong Kong.
These throats. says the paper, were conveyed to Hit' British Government by the Ambassador in Tokio, Sir Robert Ora igie.
