J. Brodie, Roman Catholic Bishop of Christchurch, will conduct an ordination service in Greenmeadows, Hawke’s Bar, tomorrow. He will return to Christchurch later.

The Rev. Kenneth R. Small has resigned from the position of vicar of Otorohanga and has accepted an appointment as acting-vicar of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Auckland. Air. Small, who will assume his new duties early in February, lias been in charge of St. Bride’s Church, Otorohanga, for Hie pasl four years. He intends eventually to visit England to pursue his slndies in English church music and to engage in deputation work on behalf of tlie Waikato Diocese.
