Wanganui Calling! Motorist! Spend the Holidays in Wanganui —the River City. Motor camping sites: (a) At Aramoho Park. (b) Just off the Seafront at Castlecliff. Both these sites arc owned and controlled by the Wanganui City Council. On each ground there is a kitchen with Gas appliances, penny-in-the-slot, cold showers free and playing apparatus for children. This is a feature of the camp sites. At Aramoho Comping ground only hot baths are obtainable at a cost of I/-, with hot showers at 2d. each. A caretaker is in residence at Aramoho Park and a store is attached to his quarters. Municipal tennis courts adjoin the Castlecliff camping ground and golf links are to be found in the vicinity. In keeping with the policy of the Council to maintain al the highest level the standard of service in the camping grounds, decisions have been reached recently whereby added facilities are now being installed at the Aramoho Park site. Another welcome improvement just completed on this spacious camping ground has been the laying down of a motor road. HUTMENTS AND GROUND CHARGES:— HUTMENTS 2/- PER DAY (Aramoho only).
