A public lecture on the subject of “Modern Palestine" will be delivered at the Regent Theatre. AA’ellington, tomorrow at 8 p.m. by Dr. B. Shein, representative of tile AVorld Zionist Organization. Tlie mayor. Mr. ’l’. C. A. Hislop, will preside. ami lite Minister of Education. Mr. Fraser, will also address tile meeting. Illustrating the leelure, Dr. Shein will present a talking film. "Land of Promise,” depicting Jewish achievements in Palestine.
