Vehicle Driven Without Due Care By Telegraph—Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH. December 8 The extreme step of cancelling a man's driving licence for the offence of operating a motor-vehicle without due care was taken in the Magistrates’ Court, Stratford, today by Mr. W. 11.
