ARMY OFFICER FROM INDIA
Former New Zealander
Major Harry Goss, of the East Yorkshire Regiment, which is stationed in India, will arrive by the Awatea from Sydney on Monday morning. Major Goss, who will be accompanied by his wife and son, is the second son of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Goss, Island Bay, Wellington. 4 Major Goss was born in Wellington, and educated at New Plymouth High School. He graduated at Duntroon Royal Military College, and since 1921 lias been witli the East Yorkshire Regiment. lie has served in Egypt, North China, and India. His elder brother, Major L. G. Goss, is the officer in charge of the Army School at Trentliam. Major L. G. Goss also graduated at Duntroon, and subsequently joined the New Zealand Staff Corps. Both went through the staff course at Camberley. England.
